... Gosh. So... that's how it happened...

Well... it's alright Aqua. It wasn't your fault, what happened there. It was Xemnas and his apprentices plot that caused all this, not you.

But... back on track again. Sora defeated those who tried to manipulate him, and Riku defeated those who tried to manipulate him... as well as a replica they had created- a lifeform that was given Rikus shape and memories by Naminé, in order to make Sora think Riku was his enemy. A lot of things happened in that castle... but it ended up with Sora, Donald and Goofy having to sleep for a year while Naminé put his memories back in the right order- it was somethin' she had to do in order to heal his mind, makin' him forget all that happened in Castle Oblivion itself. Riku arrived a little bit later, after... after his replica challenged him to a battle to the death: thinking that the only way he could ever have anythin' of his own was to destroy the 'original'. DiZ and Naminé decided to watch over Sora, while I and Riku set out to uncover the Organizations plot.

During that year... Roxas and a friend of his, another replica named Xion, started collectin' hearts for the Organization, not knowing what Xemnas real goal was. Because Roxas and Xion... could both use Keyblades as well.

*well that's a surprise...*

The person's original powers could be passed down to a Nobody? But hos it possible for somebody without a hea--*...wait*

... I'll get to that too.

Now, honestly... I don't know much about Roxas and Xion's adventure. And, really... what I do know, I'm not sure if it's my place to tell. But Xion... Xion is a replica as well, one who was connected to Soras memories and took the shape of his at the time strongest memory... Kairi. So she too looks like Kairi, just with black hair. And eventually, she was made by Xemnas in order to absorb all of Soras memories, and effectively destroy him: givin' him two Keyblade Wielders to gather hearts with.

But... both Roxas and Xion had their own minds. More than any other Nobody, they had a sense of self and feelings of their own. They both tried to escape, but... eventually, they had to fight. Roxas defeated Xion, makin' all the memories she had absorbed return to Sora. Roxas... was soon thereafter defeated, and taken in by Riku.

Ya see, at the time Sora only consisted of a Heart: back when he had used the Keyblade of Hearts on himself, his heart was turned into a Heartless- but thanks to meeting up with Kairi again, he managed to restore his heart to his original form. Effectively... he was nothin' but a Heart, until he could be reunited with Roxas. Then, when Sora woke up...

[He pauses. Torn between wanting to explain more about Roxas- telling her how wrong they were, how they shouldn't have done that to him, and wanting Roxas to be the one telling her his story himself... he chooses to move on.]

The time had come to take the battle directly to Xemnas.

*She's listened intently to Roxas' story. She knows that he isn't the person she thinks he is, but there is something that compels her to know more about him. She was grateful for everything that Mickey could tell her about him*

...and Master Xehanort.

... With Master Xehanort.

It wasn't easy. The Organization was gatherin' hearts all over the worlds, sometimes even directly tryin' to convert people into Nobodies and Heartless. But we eventually fought our way through all the worlds, defeated the Organization members who stood in our way... and made it to the World That Never Was, their base.

At the end, Ansem the Wise had used a device to destroy the artificial Kingdom Hearts, preventin' it from reaching full power but... it took his life to do it. Xehanorts Nobody fused with the remnants of it, and challenged all of us- me, Sora, Riku, Kairi, Donald and Goofy to a final showdown. In the end however, as the World That Never Was crumbled around us, Naminé gave us a dark portal to help us escape before she... ended up becoming one with Kairi again. We all got out, except Sora and Riku. They fought against Xemnas, fused with Kingdom Hearts, and finally defeated him. And then... we thought it was all over. We thought we had won, and that all we had to do was to go home.

But as I recently remembered... we were wrong.

*...wait if what you are saying is true, then wouldn't Naminé be gone? But she talked with her just a few...*

...what next?

Because Jiminy Cricket, another fella who had followed Sora on his journeys, had a notebook. This notebook was completely empty when Naminé was done with her memory-repairs... or so we thought.

It turns out Jiminy found a message he hadn't written, and in order to investigate I digitized the notebook to examine it in greater detail. What we found was... incredible.

Naminé had left a message in the notebook, that me and a Sora made from the data inside the notebook had to traverse through the notebook in order to figure out. The message in question was that Ansem had hidden the research data he had compiled inside Soras heart...

And the nature of that data, is the key to freeing you, Terra, Ventus, Roxas, Xion, Naminé... everyone connected to Sora. To give them a second chance.

[Hem oves closer to her, and takes her hand in support.]

To bring all of you back... Aqua.

*she was getting excited for everybody, but you lost her on one point*

So it's possible to restore everyone? But why am I included? I'm standing right here.

[Ah, right. THIS discussion.]

... I hope ya are, Aqua. I really do.

But this place can be kinda tricky sometimes. Some times... it puts people right back where they came from, when it lets 'em go. Other times, they let 'em go free to wherever they want to go.

I'm hopin' that everyone here gets to choose where they go when their time in camp ends, but... I gotta be prepared for the worst case scenario, too.

*Doesn't... even know how to think about that. I mean, where did everybody come from in the first place? Was this why there were people around that shouldn't be?*

Apart from that there's two things more I gotta mention.

The first is that we know where Ventus's heart is. It's... been inside Sora, all along.

The second is... well, it's worse news. Master Yen Sid has told me that when a Heartless is destroyed before a Nobody, the two halves will rejoin... and reform.

Xehanort, the original Keyblade Master, has returned... and we don't think he's alone, either.

Riku thinks that Ven's heart--

Where is he? *ready to kick old-guy ass*

... We haven't seen him yet. In fact, I was just about to go gather Sora and Riku when, well... I ended up in here. I don't know where he is, or how he's planning to get at Kingdom Hearts just yet... but I'm not about to sit down and roll my thumbs, waitin' for him to pop back up.

Neither am I. If he thinks he can harm my friends and everybody he will have to defeat me first. I swear it.

… Don’t go flyin’ off the handle yet, Aqua. After all, ya got the time to relax and get yer strength back. We’re gonna need you and Terra in tip-top shape when we get out of here: someone’s gotta train Sora, Riku and Kairi into new masters, yanno!

...that's true. We have more Keyblad wielders than we ever had in a really long time. Where are they now in their training?

Well... they've only been at it for two years, but they've gotten real strong in just that short time. They can't summon their own armor or use Keyshaping, but Sora's real skilled with elemental magic, and Riku's...

Well, I think I've already told ya, right? He can balance both Light and Darkness. Weave it into his spells and has even figured out Bladecharge. Sora's the more diverse one, but I have to say I think Riku's stronger!

[Who can gush endlessly about his precious semi-pupils? Mickey can.]

What about Kairi, Roxas and Xion? Shouldn't we consider them as well?

Gosh, yer right about that. Roxas and Xion are... well, they're special cases, so they're gonna need some time to train themselves before their power can stand on their own. They're sorta part of Sora, yanno- they have to learn how to make their power their own first, I think. And Kairi... well, she can use a Keyblade, but she's just startin' out in how to use it. She's probably the one who needs the most trainin' before she can get out on the frontlines.

Well, you're in luck. Terra and I were talking about possibly training the other Keyblade wielders. And I already talked with Kairi and I know she's interested too.

What a coincidence that we had the same idea.

Ha ha, great mind thinks alike, I guess! Ah, but jokes aside… ya might wanna ask Roxas and Xion if they want to be trained, first. I think that when all this is over and done with… they plan to move on to other worlds. I think both of them are pretty fed up with this whole conflict…

*okay srs face time again*

...are you really sure I'm the best person to ask Roxas? He's... rather defensive about himself...

... You already met him, huh? I... guess ya thought he was Ven, didn't ya?

That's right. *nods*

Is it true? Is Ven's heart really a part of Roxas'?

Gosh... [He catches his breath. THIS is probably going to take a while.]

Look, I don't really know that for sure. Roxas is... well, he's Roxas. I don't think there's anythin' quite like him in the history of the World. What I do know is that Ventus's heart went to sleep within Sora, and that's probably how Roxas ended up lookin' like Ven instead of Sora. That must mean they have some sort of connection, but what that is... sorry. Couldn't tell ya.
