Deadly Premonition is about Agent York and his best buddy Zack who occasionally take time out of their busy schedule discussing which one of Tom and Jerry who are on top, which eighties movies drool and rule and how coffee should be served to fight crime and gently run over shadowdogs. KAIJI- A man poor in judgment and monetary assets yet rich in nose makes one bad decision after another, only to be briefly uplifted by a good decision every now and then so he can continue to make bad decisions late onr.

ANTHY- Once upon a time some dude wanted to do a show that had symbolism, ALL OF THE SYMBOLISM, and he succeeded in doing so; unfortunately he forgot coherency somewhere along the way but figured that he didn't need coherency to turn pretty boys and girls into cars.

PRINCESS PRINCESS- Three dudes wear frilly dresses to rein in the desires of their fellow men and try to pretend that it's no homo (even though they mostly are), and then relationships outside the hetero-normative happen.

GUNDAM-00- People in giant robots try to bring about peace by making war which doesn't work out very well for them, then Prince Ali fucks up EEEVEERYTHING and pretty much eeeeveeeryone while sparkly telepathic love blooms on the battlefield.

MACROSS FRONTIER- A lady armed with breasts of hope sings in order to boost morale and powers of the army because that happens in this world, then a little girl can also sing with superpowers and they must both sing so that cross-dressing dude can save the day together with giants who turn regular-sized.

LOVE DNA XX- So penises are gone but dudes aren't for some backwards reason, so some dudes go to this school where they have very pretty adventures.

BEING HUMAN- A ghost, a vampire and a werewolf live together, but since this isn't a movie they don't fight but just... live together and have room-mate hijinxs, then their common centuries of history catch up with them and ever so much shit goes down.

Ha ha I have read so many apps over the years the "humorous short-hand description" format must just come naturally to me now! Still, the only one I really know anything about is 07-Ghost: I've just read a few chapters of Diece and seen nothing of Angel Beats. Is Beats good?

Fairly good, I'd think! It's short (13 episodes), and has drama, humor, and action. The characters are all great (even if their screentime is uneven), and it will either make you laugh or heartpunch you. Unfortunately, it might be a little off-putting if you get whiplash from sudden humor/drama episodes that come out of nowhere at times, or if you expect a strong plot (there kind of is one, but then it drops off and a new one starts up later in). I am awful at pimping things, but I think it's worth a try :(b

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON- Vikings learn to ride dragons in order to fight bad dragon, and yet it manages to be considerably less metal and more family-friendly than Napoleon on Dragons.
